Set the Unborn Free!

"Free the unborn!

"Set the unborn free!  Free the unborn!"

These were the words I heard as young people from the local high school shouted as they exited the school bus, which stops right down the street from the awhc abortuary, where I was heading to minister yesterday!

When they saw me walking up the sidewalk with my big sign, they knew where I was heading, and what I was getting ready to do because we have talked to many of them on several different occasions throughout the years!

Excitedly, I joined in and shouted, "Set the unborn free!  Free the unborn!"

What an encouragement to me as I continued up the sidewalk towards the place of death thinking that they are finally understanding the plight of the unborn, that they are humans that have no rights, no personhood, and they are the property of another person.....their own mother!

These young people who have argued with us so many times in the past, finally are getting it that the youngest in our nation have been dehumanized because of their age and size.

They now understand that on January 22, 1973 these young babes in our nation were stripped of their personhood, and became the property of women to kill if they choose.

Yes, I was excited to hear them yell at the top of their lungs, "Set the unborn free, free the unborn!

For this is the civil rights issue of today, and a battle that has taken the lives of over 60 million!

Next month will mark 47 years of this shedding of innocent blood in our nation, all under the guise of choice and women's rights.

In three short years, unless the Lord God Almighty intervenes, it will be 50 years of bloodshed!  May it never be!

May we raise up the mantle and shout it to the mountain tops like the students yesterday, to 'Set the Unborn Free', to 'Free the Unborn!'

To set the captives free, and to establish and restore their personhood and protection, that they will be able to savor in the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, just as you and I do!

May we not grow weary in fighting and defending the rights of the youngest in our nation, and not settle until they are set free completely!

May the church arise with all of her splendor and glory, with the battle cry sounding for justice and mercy for these precious babes created in HIS image!

Set a fire fresh in our hearts to plead the cause of the oppressed...the unborn, in our nation, and rescue  them from this injustice!

Set the Unborn Free!  Free the Unborn!

Set the captives free, and end this abortion holocaust in our land dear Jesus!  May this be our cry, and may we keep our eyes fixed on that prize, in Jesus name!

"Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?"  Psalm 94:16

I Heard Your Voices, and I Left!

The other day a young lady pulled into the parking lot next to the awhc abortuary in Altamonte Springs (FL), got out of her car and walked over to the sidewalk counselors who were ministering.

She began to tell them that she had come to this particular abortion center 14 years ago, and had an abortion, and, 4 years ago returned for a second abortion.

Coming back the second time, she shared how there were 'people' standing out front 'like them' encouraging women to not have an abortion, and that there was help available.

She went on to say that she went inside the building anyway, but, while sitting in the waiting room, she began to hear voices outside the window speaking to all the women sitting inside waiting for their abortion.

As the voices continued to pour forth into the waiting room window pleading with the women to leave, and to protect their babies, she explained how she began to feel very convicted, so much so, that she stood up, and walked out, and never came back!
She shared how she didn't tell anyone, she just walked out the door, headed to her car, and drove out without telling the counselors that day that she had changed her mind, and why.

Fast forward to this day that the young lady stopped by to speak with the Sidewalk Counselors....

She wanted them to know that what they were doing was the right thing, and to keep doing what they are doing!

She went on to say that everyday as she would drive her now four year old child to school right down the street, she would see 'people' out front, and would continually want to stop and talk with them!

On this particular day, she just had to stop and tell them thank you for what 'you' are doing, and that she wants to start coming out and doing the same thing to save lives.

That little four year old child was slated to die, but because people cared and spoke up for the rights and dignity of that baby.....he is alive today!!!!

I write this to encourage everyone who stands in the gap for the unborn, pleading, counseling, preaching, worshiping in front of these places of death.....the women hear us, and many leave without ever telling us.

We must continue to be there as a voice crying out in the wilderness for these little ones whose rights have been stripped away, and denied the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We must be their voice, because they do not have a voice.

Be encouraged, your presence in front of these death camps can save the lives of the little babes being led to the slaughter, your voice can penetrate into the heart of the mother leading her child to the slaughter!

When you get discouraged, cry out to the Lord to give you strength, and remember this woman, who four years later came back to tell her story of leaving that wretched abortuary, and how she drives her little one who is alive today because someone cared, to school right down the street!

We are HIS servants, doing HIS duty, how wonderful when we get a glimpse of the fruit of obedience.  Thank you Jesus, for you are great, and greatly to be praised!!!!!

"So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do."  Luke 17:10

I'm Okay....

While ministering at the OWC abortuary a couple Saturdays ago, we noticed a car pull into the driveway with what appeared to be a mom, and her daughter.

When they pulled into the parking space in the back of the building, they remained in their vehicle for about ten minutes talking.

Slowly, they opened the car doors, getting out, and beginning to walk up the driveway toward the front door.

From the moment both women stepped out of the vehicle, they heard offers of help, and the truth of  abortion by sidewalk counselors.

The abortion bound daughter, who appeared to be pretty far along, was very cold and sarcastic, telling all of us that she was 'okay'.

We let her know that she was not okay going into a place like this that kills little baby boys and girls; and that her son or daughter’s life was in peril!

We pleaded with her to not go into that place of death, but she ignored our pleas of help, and dashed around the corner up to the front door.

The woman following behind her, confirmed to us that she was in fact her mother, and that her daughter had made up her mind, and there was nothing more she could do!

She was much softer than her daughter, but acting very much like a scared puppy dog following behind.

We encouraged her to go inside and rescue her grandchild, to please try again!!!

She went inside, with her head down, in absolute fear!

Shortly after this, the mother came out and we encouraged her to come down and please talk with us, pleading with her once again to try and get her daughter to come out, and to try to be a rescuer to her grandbaby.

She began to tell us that she has been trying all morning, but once again, telling us that her daughter has made up her mind.

We told her that if she has exhausted every effort to stop her daughter from doing this horrendous crime, that she must leave or the blood of her grandchild will be on her hands.

At this point she looked like she was in turmoil, taking out her cell phone, calling someone, and then having a very serious conversation.

She then walked down to us while talking on the phone, but telling the man (she had him on loud speaker), what we had told her, and then put the phone towards us, encouraging us to tell him what we told her.

To which, we seized the opportunity and told him everything we had encouraged her to do, and the seriousness of this situation.

We then asked her if she was a follower of Jesus, and she said yes, and we immediately told her that as a Christian she can not take part in this unfruitful deed of darkness, and this shedding of innocent blood....with the echos of the man on the phone saying, “Yes, yes, this is right!”

We gave scriptures to both of them, talking for quite some time, and then she thanked us and walked down the driveway, where Doug (another sidewalk counselor) was standing.

He then began to talk with her, and had a conversation with the man on the phone as well!

After this other encounter, with each one of us pleading for the life of her grandchild, and encouraging her to trust Jesus, and do what is right in the sight of the Lord, she went back to her car..

About ten minutes later, her daughter came out, walking toward the back.

Again we pleaded with her to leave, to be the mama who protects her child, and to let no harm come to her innocent baby, while she walked down the driveway toward the vehicle.
.
Her responses were the same as before, "I'm okay, I'm okay."

She stood outside the car talking with her mother for quite awhile, and then she stubbornly and briskly walked away from the car, heading back up the driveway into this place of death and destruction and went back inside.

The mother had exhausted every effort to try to save her grandchild....everything....but this time she had the courage to leave her, because she did not want the blood of her innocent grandbaby's blood on her hands, she now understood the severity of this situation!

Adreene, one of the other sidewalk counselors had said to her earlier, "...the righteous are bold as a lion", (Proverbs 28:1b), because she was acting so timid, and frightened of her daughter.

The fear that she had of her daughter, transferred to the fear of God....and she left that place of death!!!!

Unfortunately, the daughter stayed, and unless there was a miracle that we aren't aware of, that precious little baby was dismembered, dying a very painful and barbaric death, and ended up in the Apopka dump like trash!

We are thankful though, that we had so much time to minister to the mother, and we thank God for the man who she was talking with.

Her faith was shaken, and she understood what fearing God means, and not fearing man.

She experienced being bold as a lion, as she tried several times to save her grandchild, but also understood and learned without a doubt, the severity of taking part in the execution of her grandchild, and the seriousness of innocent bloodshed.

All of our hearts weep for the little one that was valiantly fought for, and all the other close to 40 babies that lost their lives so tragically under the guise of choice this Saturday.

One thing is for sure....there were people pleading for these babes, being a voice for them, and trying to rescue them, amidst, vulgar words, fists right up into our faces, threats from employees that they would call the police, angry fathers, and so much more....there were people that cared for them, and cried for them......

Can we weep for the children?

A Day I Will Never Forget!

Sunday, May 31, 2009, is a day I will always remember as if it were just yesterday, even though it has been ten years!

I was spending the weekend out at the ranch of dear friends of mine, getting refreshed, rest, enjoying fellowship, and loving the wide open space of the prairie in the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas.

While sitting around the table with my friends singing songs, laughing and talking, Martha walked up the stairs and into the kitchen with shock on her face, and said these words.....

"Tiller's been shot, he is dead!"

We all just sat there and couldn't say a word; and looking back now, I think we were all in shock at the news.

It was Sunday, and a little after noon, Tiller had been shot in his church....Reformation Lutheran Church, an apostate church which I, and many others had stood outside of on several occasions, warning congregants that there was a killer in their midst.

We would plead with each person walking into that church to exhort late term abortionist George Tiller to stop killing the babies, but, they continued to welcome this man who made his money off of the slaughter of innocent babies into their apostate church.

As we sat there, staring at each other, the news of his death sunk in, and for me, all I could think about was the first time I had ever been to Tiller's abortuary in 1991 for the 'Summer of Mercy', and then moving to Wichita in 2000, and for the next ten years, ministering in front of that wicked place of death.

Every Tuesday morning at 6:30 am we would be there as women would pour in from different states around the nation, and abroad for their late term abortions (up to the moment of delivery).

We would plead with them, beg them to not let harm come to their child.  Many babies were saved, but many died horrible deaths.

Their little bodies then thrown into Tiller's adult sized crematorium, burned, and their ashes and pieces of their little bodies would come billowing out of the smoke stack on top of his building.

Week after week, year after year, the ashes of these children would land on us, and into the streams, rivers, and prairies, polluting the land with the blood of the innocent.

And as I sat there in shock, I couldn't believe that this had happened.

We had prayed that Tiller would repent, that he would fall to the ground and give his heart to Christ.  We prayed and prayed and prayed that God would save him.

But we also prayed that God would stop the shedding of innocent blood on Kellogg and Bleckley, whatever it took!!!  We pleaded with the Lord to stop the killing.

And Tiller was now dead after killing babies for over 30 years....Lord only knows how many lives were killed by his hands.

The picture that kept coming into my head was of Tiller pulling into the driveway of the abortuary to do his killing, staring at us as he drove slowly in, pointing his finger at us....every single time.

I also thought of the time my good friend Troy Newman went up to Tiller's car, got down on his knees and pleaded with Tiller to repent, and surrender his heart to Christ with tears rolling down his cheeks....but Tiller rejected these pleas.

For the next four years, Tiller's abortuary remained vacant, and for sale.

During these four years, I, along with others, prayed that the churches in Wichita would rise up and buy the property, and tear that place of Molech down!

The following year in 2010, I moved to Orlando, and jumped into the battle here, but my heart never left Wichita...it was undone.

I continued to pray that the church would arise, I pleaded with the Lord that the churches of Wichita would buy that building, but they didn't, and the enemy got possession of it once again.

The opportunity God gave the church to rid the city completely of that bloodshed was ignored, and the killing began again!

It is now the Southwind abortuary, and although they aren't committing late term abortions, they are killing innocent little baby boys and girls, and that place could have been gone!

It is a spiritual cancer, and the land is polluted with the blood of the innocent in Kansas.

The once red state is now blue, as of this last election.

The blood of the children cry out for justice, and I pray that many will once again rise up in Wichita and work hard for the killing to completely stop there.

Yes, May 31, 2009 is a date I shall never forget.

I also will never forget the battle that was fought so valiantly by so many  for the little baby boys
and girls violently killed at that horrible killing center, all of those years!

Lord, please renew hearts in Wichita, please raise your church up to complete the work that once was started.

Send fresh fire Lord, and please stop the killing in the Sunflower state, in Jesus name.

There is No Victory in the state of New York!

With the advent of New York's governor and his cohorts gleefully and joyfully inviting the
In celebration of this evil, Cuomo lights the World Trade Center in pink!
gruesome and inhumane act of late term abortions into their state, I was brought back to the years I ministered in front of the infamous George Tiller's late term abortuary in Wichita.

With that, my mind went back to that time and quickly I remembered the ashes billowing out of the smoke stack which sat on top of Tiller's abortuary for all to see....

The cloud of ashes looming over us, and spreading throughout Wichita...

The smell of human flesh permeating down the street, so strong that we felt as if we were standing in front of the concentration camps in Germany.....

The tiny pieces of babies who had been slaughtered by a man who was honored by so many, landing on our feet....

Wiping off our windshields when leaving because they were so heavily laden and covered with the ashes of the little babes who were completely innocent, but died horrendous deaths.

Looking down on the snow, and seeing the ashes and little bits of

the children who had been ripped apart in the name of choice...

Watching every Tuesday morning women coming from all across the nation, and abroad, for their late term abortions...up to the moment of delivery, some so large they needed help getting out of their vehicle....

And watching funeral hearses taking out some of the dead babies who weren't thrown into the incinerator,  to funeral homes.  Of course, those who came to see and pay respect, would have no clue that the child in this funeral home had been killed by order and decree of the parents, and had not died a natural death.

Yes, these were the thoughts that went through my mind, as I looked at pictures of the governor and

all around him, including Sarah Weddington, the attorney who represented 'Jane Roe' (Norma McCorvey) in the infamous Roe v Wade opinion which is now responsible for the deaths of over 60 million children....all smiling with glee over this mandate that swipes away any protection whatsoever for human beings in the womb for the entire duration.

This is the deepest level of evil, genocide, taking place right in front of our eyes, right in our midst; and the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob shall not be mocked!

But, do not think that New York is alone in allowing late term abortions, as New Mexico took over the later term abortion business from George Tiller after he died.

His cohorts in these crimes against humanity just packed up, and moved down to Albuquerque, and set up shop, and have had quite the hefty and gruesome late term abortion business!

And of course abortionist Leroy Carhart who came down once a month from Nebraska to kill babies for Tiller, couldn't miss out, or stop his mass killing spree, so he set up his late term killing center in Bethesda, MD.

But I pray that the outrage over the celebration of late term abortions in New York, will awaken a sleeping church, and the body of Christ will rise up and begin to defend the youngest and smallest in our land.

We can no longer live our lives pretending everything is fine, while the blood of the children seeps into our rivers, streams and sewage systems.

We can not be at peace knowing that our landfills are filled with the remains of innocent little children!

There is no peace with child sacrifice!

Yes, we all need to be outraged over this blatant joy and glee of killing full term babies in the womb ....but all life is precious, from the moment of conception, and we have got to start treating abortion as the civil rights issue of today.

We must demand that the unborn have their personhood restored and established, and that these young ones are recognized as persons with NO exceptions for women to kill their offspring!!!

The time is now....for such a time as this!

Pastors, rise up, speak out against this genocide taking place right in our midst!  Lead your churches out to the abortuaries and have church right in front of these places of death!

Pastor Ken Peters in Seattle, Washington is doing this very thing, and it is growing!

This is a gospel issue...

We must love our neighbors as ourselves...

We must speak up for those who have no voice....

We must rescue those unjustly sentenced to death....

We must do everything we can to see this abomination of abortion end, in Jesus name!  Protecting all little ones in the womb, no matter what size, or how old...they must be protected and have the same rights that you and I have...the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

We must settle for nothing less!  We can not compromise on the lives of the innocent children in the womb any longer!

"Who will rise up for me against the evil doers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” Psalm 94:16
Listen to the end where a woman prophetically says, "The Lord God Almighty have mercy on the state of New York!
